- Client information may be used for training purposes, with identifying details removed.
- Client records and correspondence will be securely kept and destroyed after 2 years, unless permission for retention is obtained.

- Data analysis will not contain personal information and will solely serve to evaluate and monitor our services.
 
Policy Awareness:
- All staff and volunteers will receive a copy of this policy upon joining (nottsreiki).
- Training will be provided to ensure understanding and compliance with the Confidentiality Policy.
- This policy applies to all paid employees and volunteers and will be reviewed annually.

Breach of Confidentiality:
Breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action.
